Wound Care
The Orchards Post-Acute has trained and certified staff to care for our residents’ wound care needs including wound dressings, bandage changes, and any therapy that may be involved with the residents’ injury.
Our nurses will work with each resident’s physician to implement a custom wound care plan that meets the needs of each individual situation. Additionally, we have a dietitian that will monitor nutritional intake to maximize the wound healing process.
